This cutting-edge device is designed to enhance the efficiency of EDM/CNC machines and other machining processes by enabling 2D measuring online.
The Video Detector features an aluminum alloy integrated design, equipped with a 7-inch display and 1080P HD lenses. With a magnifier that offers up to 50 times magnification, it provides a clear and precise visual accuracy of ± 0.003mm. The cross mark line can be manually rotated, and the detector also includes an infrared function for easy reference center finding. Additionally, it offers a selection of 5 marking colors (white, red, green, blue, black) to suit different workpieces, eliminating light reflection and ensuring accurate detection. The device can also measure angles, with 15 points as a unit. The focus distance ranges from 50-60mm, and the center point has been factory corrected.
The Video Detector does not come with its own digital display but is designed to be paired with a machine's existing digital display for online measurement, minimizing the risk of errors. It offers four optional interfaces to cater to different customer needs: EROWA interface, 3R interface, multi-function interface, and magnet interface. The detector comes with a charging feature, allowing for wireless operation once fully charged, with a sustainable battery life of 4 hours.
