The MSS-296Dintelligent visual inspection camera is mainly used inthe field of industrial inspection for image analysis, recognition,and visual inspection judgment. The camera has functions such ascolor discrimination, color area calculation, contour search andpositioning, object feature grayscale matching, color or grayscaleintensity detection, object counting, size measurement, barcode QRcode recognition and reading, size measurement, mechanical collectionguidance and positioning, character recognition, etc.
The camera features an HDMI high-definition video output interfaceand can be controlled using a mouse. It offers digital I/O interfaceswith multiple input and output options, including switch controlinterfaces, PLC signal input/output interfaces, RS232interfaces, andEthernet interfaces. It can communicate with peripheral devicesthrough various methods and achieve collaborative work. This productis equipped with PLC control input/output interfaces for integrationwith automation equipment, as well asnetwork transmission interfacesfor communication and control over the network. Applications includeinternal inspection of mobile phones, logo detection, wire sequenceinspection, object size measurement, product defect detection, robotguidance positioning, multi-barcode recognition, product technicalstatistics, surface scratch detection, and microscope inspection.
