The forced oil circulation system ensures stable pumping speed around atmospheric pressure. With the optional oil mist trap and oil return mechanism, these pumps can run continuously at pressures equal to or below atmospheric pressure.

The forced oil circulation system maintains the vacuum pump body temperature below 40 degrees Celsius, ensuring optimal performance.

The pump speed remains stable even at atmospheric pressure, making it ideal for repeated and continuous operation between atmospheric pressure and vacuum.
